Wi Glory Schmidt/Rendon/Dodson (14U)
Based in Southeast Wisconsin, our 2nd year 14u roster consists of all star caliber players from 5 counties and 2 states. The members of the team share the goals of being the best softball players they can be, being the best teammate possible, and being positive role models for the communities they live in.
With focused coaches, the team is ready to take a huge step forward in player development and on field performance in 2018-2019! We will play the top competition in the midwest, competing in all A level tournaments, and are branching out this season to play in some exposure tournaments as well. We co- played with our Sheboygan National team in the St Louis exposure tournament this fall, and our team has already been accepted to play in the showcase tournament in St Louis for our 2019-2020 season!! We are also fundraising this season to travel to VA for our 2019/2020 season, for their annual Strike Out Cancer tournament, and college camp, hosted by our founding Glory family.
Our main goal is to help our players achieve their goals both on and off the field. We guarantee that with effort on their own- along with the Glory organizations help- they will be working towards being exposed to college coaches throughout the country. We also want them to become good stewards of their communities and understand there are many opportunities to help others, making them better areas to live in. Volunteer events are a large part of our plan to build strong, confident, intelligent women, who will make a positive impact in their future endeavors.
The plan to build a strong core that can remain together throughout their travel years , ensure they have opportunities in the future, as well as stay healthy and strong, is proving to benefit our organization and our players greatly. We have 10 girls returning from our 2017/2018 season! This type of trust and team bonding is practically extinct in the travel softball world these days. We are very proud of the players, parents and coaches who have supported this way of thinking for the last 4 years! A confident, supported player is a dominant one, with no limitations!!
