September 2017 - Sept 2017 - Hailie Morton Volunteer Softball Coach
Hailie Morton volunteered to help coach the Randall Wildcat A and B Softball Teams during the 2017-2018 school year. Hailie dedicated her personal time - over 50 hours - to help mentor the players, lead practices after school, choose members of the teams, and coordinate skill stations with the head coach. Without Hailie's help and softball expertise, the twenty softball players would have had far less opportunity to improve their softball skills and have one-on-one assistance during practice.
Hailie's leadership, overall softball knowledge, and positive attitude created a perfect environment for the players to grow and feel comfortable throughout the entire season. Hailie was a dependable coach, offered helpful input, and was a great contribution to our softball program this year. On top of assistant coaching our teams, she also worked hard to earn high grades during her first semester in high school while taking part on her travel softball team the entire time.
