12u Glory Arneja (12u)
VA Glory Arneja is a team for dedicated student-athletes who have a great passion and respect for the game, who prepare to play at the collegiate level, and who are fiercely competitive. More importantly, for players and families who truly embrace our PURPOSE DRIVEN SOFTBALL movement — who believe in being part of something bigger than themselves and creating a powerful environment where players make each other better by giving each other their best. This is NOT a “me first” individual-based culture. We provide the highest-level TEAM experience; emphasize elite level fundamentals; maintain high academic standards; partner with established recruitment and academic advisors and provide online college networking services; host college coaches instructional camps; and instill lifelong skills and relationships that transcend athletics.
The majority of the Glory-Arneja team has been together for 9 seasons focused on early age development and mastering the fundamentals while learning how to compete. Our goal is to continuously increase their passion for the game with ever growing confidence on and off the field. Our roster is mostly 2011 and a few 2012 birth years and we play B or Open level tournaments across the DMV region and surrounding states.
The coaching staff has extensive coaching experience and finds that balance of having fun and competitive/aggressive ball while playing with lots of Hustle, Energy, Attitude and Teamwork. The team practices twice a week in Eastern Loudoun County or Western Fairfax County and competes in 7-9 tournaments each spring/summer and fall season.
