VA Glory 16u Lucas is based in Palatine, Illinois. We are blessed to be part of the Glory organization where our team has strong values of humility, strong work ethic and drive, along with a high softball and emotional IQ. We believe in order to be a great team we must respect, trust and support each other and our opponents.

VA Glory 16u Lucas plays a very competitive schedule consisting of PGF, USA Elite Select, USA Gold and Showcase tournaments. Our players strive to play fastpitch softball at the highest levels to push themselves to be the very best they can be. Along with playing tournaments together, our players are active in attending college camps across the United States.

September 13, 2019 - Coach Dudley selected to present at the National Society of Women Engineers Conference
Coach Dudley will be presenting at the National Society of Women Engineers conference in San Diego, California in November. The focus of the presentation will be "Failure is Success in Progress". We are very excited and proud to have a member of the Virginia Glory represent women engineers and the GRIT it takes to succeed!!
